To be "filled with the Spirit" is a command given to every Christian. While we cannot MAKE it happen, we CAN position ourselves to cooperate with God in this matter. This morning we will see the close connection between God's Word and the exercise of His power, and how God makes use of His Word to do His work through His Spirit. Any Christian that desires to "filled with the Spirit" so as to "walk by the Spirit" must faithfully engage himself with the Word of God!
